Our Highlights:

NPO grant awarded

Libraries rushed to support Ukrainian refugees fleeing conflict, supplying books in the Ukrainian language, hosting English language sessions and support with visa processing.

In response to the cost of living crisis, we launched our Libraries for Life campaign, welcoming everyone in to our warm buildings and reminding people of all that libraries have to offer.

We brought our communities together with an ambitious art project in a pop-up library on Exeter High Street, inviting the public to take part in its creation. The tree is now on display in Barnstaple Library and hosts activities beneath its branches.

Staff are primed to give an extra warm welcome to those with less visible disabilities as we joined the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower Scheme.

We invested in our libraries, refurbishing buildings and rolling out WiFi printing that allows customers to print from their own device wherever they are.
