Get ready to build, code, and create in our exciting Robotic LEGO SPIKE workshop, this October Half Term!
Perfect for young inventors, this hands-on session introduces children to basic coding concepts through fun and interactive LEGO projects. Using our laptops and LEGO SPIKE kits, you’ll start by learning the ropes with guided tasks before designing and programming your very own moving LEGO creation. Choose from designs like robotic cars, fairground rides, and more!
This workshop is open to children of all ages, but they must be accompanied by an adult to assist them.
No prior coding experience is needed, just a curiosity for technology and a love for LEGO!
There are 3 x 90-minute workshops happening throughout the day:
10:30am–12:00pm
12:30pm–2:00pm
2:30pm–4:00pm
Tickets are just £6 per kit, but spaces are limited. Please book in advance and make sure you’ve booked for the correct slot.
IMPORTANT: when you book you’re paying to use 1 x kit.
We recommend 1, 2 or up to 3 children per kit. This means working and building together.
You’re welcome to book multiple kits.
This event is taking place in the Rougemont Room on the 2nd floor of Exeter Library. You’re welcome to bring in drinks and food from the café downstairs – or from outside.
