We’re always looking for imaginative ways to make our libraries vibrant spaces for creativity and connection.

Since becoming an Arts Council England National Portfolio Organisation in 2018, we’ve built a strong network of artists, performers, creative technologists, and makers, and collaborated with cultural partners locally, nationally, and internationally.

These collaborations have brought exciting events, performances, and experiences to our libraries – making the arts more accessible and enriching communities across Devon and Torbay.
