At Libraries Unlimited, we’re passionate about putting people at the heart of everything we do. As we look ahead, we want to make sure our customer service continues to meet the needs of the communities we serve across Devon and Torbay.

That’s why we’re inviting the general public to take part in our Customer Service Survey. Whether you visit us regularly, use our digital services, or just pop in occasionally, your feedback is incredibly valuable to us.

The survey takes approximately 10 minutes to complete and will help us understand what we’re doing well and where we can improve. Your insights will directly shape how we support and connect with you in the year ahead.
