A free, welcoming weekly drop-in for neurodivergent children, young people and their families. Enjoy games, LEGO, sensory play and a supportive space to connect with other families, with regular guest organisations offering advice and support.
Looking for a welcoming space where neurodivergent children, young people and their families can relax, connect and play?
Join us every Wednesday during term time only for our ND Family Hub; a free and informal drop-in at Exeter Library, starting 9th September.
Led by parents, this friendly gathering in the Children’s Library offers a calm, supportive space with games, LEGO, our sensory zone, books and an opportunity to connect with other parents and caregivers. Children of all ages are welcome.
Each week, we’re hoping children and their grown-ups will bring along an activity or topic they love for the whole group to explore together – whether that’s fairy tales, dinosaurs, space or something completely different!
We’ll also be joined by a range of local organisations and charities, giving families the opportunity to ask questions, find out more about local services and support, and chat with a friendly face.
Confirmed guest organisations:
- 9 September – PDA Devon
- 16 September – National Autistic Society
- 23 September – Westbank Devon – Devon Parent Carer Service
- 30 September – Calmer Lives
- 7 October – Active Devon
- 14 October – Autism Wellbeing CIC
- 21 October – Bright Steps
Sessions are free to attend and no booking is required.
